It was a smooth and extremely pleasant experience working with Kimberly. She was always available through text / phone/ email. I felt comfortable when I was as at first wary about activating a pay pal account. The price was very competitive on top of no interest for 6 months! I felt like it was too good to be true but Kim reassured me continuously about the process and gave me time to decide/ get approved. I didn't feel pressured at all! Unlike some companies that are still messaging me when I've informed them I don't need them. Even after the vehicle shipped she was there to ensure the pick up process went smoothly and was able to contact Matson to add a pick up person for me. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism!
