After another car transport company took a “reservation fee” from me and then rescheduled my pick up a thousand times, I came to Auto Shipping Group desperate. I was back in my origin city for a 6 hour window and needed my car shipped ASAP to avoid having to book yet another flight back to take care of it. Melia was understanding, patient, fast, and efficient. She put me at ease, letting me know that it was a challenge she was up for and she’d do whatever she could to get my car picked up same day. She kept in contact, updating me every time a carrier expressed interest in picking up and trying to help me find clever solutions for my time crunch. Needless to say, my car was picked up within a few hours of our initial contact. Everything Malia said happened exactly how she said it would and for that I am grateful. If I ever need a car shipped again, I’ll be going with whomever Malia works for.
