Recently shipped my car from California to Ohio. Brenda (account specialist) was responsive and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She explained everything, including price and cautions. There were no surprises. I had to change pickup date at last minute. Brenda was able to reschedule within a week of original schedule. Car was picked up on scheduled date within time frame and was delivered on promised date, with no damage. The carrier (ATS Express) was very professional, the driver was courteous, professional and kept me informed. I was very satisfied and I would definitely use Auto Shipping Group again.
