Michael was friendly and professional. Kept me informed of vehicle status en route from Virginia to Hawaii. Only down side was communicating with the driver of the carrier from Virginia to port in Long Beach, CA. I think he was from Russia and did not speak English well enough to be understood. Initial call from him was asking me to meet him at truck stop near my home at 1 a.m.! After several hard to understand calls and texts I met him at 9 a.m. and had to wake him up in his truck. But he got the car to Cali.
