                        Pam, I appreciate the feedback and the email apology you sent.  I have been working on your order on a daily basis, there was not a day that went by that your order was not a priority.  There have not been any spaces available on carriers on the route as we reviewed. I do understand your frustrations and apologize as well, as customer service is extremely important to me and my customers getting their vehicles transported are always my first priority.
