Auto Shipping Group, and particularly agent Heidi Schulze, provided excellent customer service throughout the process of transporting my car cross-country. She found a carrier within my desired timeframe and negotiated a price about $150 lower than those offered by all the other competitors I contacted (around five). I will mention that the original quote was actually $200 lower than the end result, but I agreed to the higher price because it was the quickest and most convenient option. Nevertheless, the chosen price still beat competitors. Furthermore, Heidi maintained frequent contact by phone to make sure things were going well. In the end, I received the car in the same condition in which it was sent, completely undamaged and with no extra mileage.
