The process of shipping a vehicle (my first time) could not have been more seamless. I contacted Malia, she gave me a quote, and within 24 hours I had a response that a carrier was contracted. My vehicle was picked up at barge terminal in the time frame stated and delivered a day ahead of schedule. The carrier, Cube Transport, also did a fantastic job of communicating (via text) that the vehicle had been picked up and gave an estimated time of delivery. When traffic was heavy, driver Sean gave me a heads up w/ an adjusted time and at about a half hour out, a last heads up on arrival. Thanks to both companies for such a professional job!
