Brandon from Auto Shipping Group was very detailed and coordinated the transport well, despite the unfortunate and likely unavoidable delays due to the time of year, location, etc. I was shipping a Prius cross country- California to Massachusetts. I had previously contemplated sending the car to a daughter in grad school earlier in the year. While it would have been cheaper seasonally in March to transport the car rather than summer, it did not work out. I had attempted to coordinate the transport myself via UShip at that time. Based on other online reviews, I thought this would be simpler and less expensive, but it was uncoordinated and in the end, I was uncomfortable with the bid variability and process. Putting the transport into Brandon's hands at Auto Shipping Group led me to 2 of the nicest, most careful professional transportation gentlemen ever!!! The car was picked up at my work, which was most accommodating, with excellent communication. The delivery end was just as smooth, with great follow-through communication, timeliness and accuracy- what was promised was delivered. Thanks for an awesome job!
