Heidi has been wonderful with us as she was very accommodating, courteous and informative. Heidi is a prime example of what customer service is about. We were very pleased with the time frame between application and actual pick up of our vehicle. It would help ASG if they maintained more control of their subcontractors who must agree with company policies and standards when they accept assignments.
