Recently shipped my car >1000 miles and Kim supported through the whole process & responded to all my queries on time. The cost was ~$150 higher than the original estimate but was assured I can wait for another transport company that can accept the earlier initial estimated rated; however, I didn't have time to take a chance & proceeded with the same company. The driver called/texted me and ensured same day pickup, even though he had trouble with his truck. Delivery was on time, the car was ready couple of hours after I got off the flight. Thanks team!
