I have had a total of 4 cars shipped using Auto Shipping Group and my experience with them has been absolutely phenomenal thanks to Heidi! She is such an amazing person! From the first point of contact Heidi was very professional and informative. She answered all my questions and explained the auto shipping process in it's entirety in a way that I could understand. She emailed me the appropriate information right away so I could read over it and told me if I had any questions I could reach out to her. Initially I thought this was going to be a large company and I would get a different representative each time I called but Heidi gave me her direct information and I was able to talk to her every time. She made me feel like I was the only client she was working with and never rushed me off the phone. She always responded to emails and text messages right away! I highly recommend Auto Shipping Group to anyone who's looking to ship an automobile and I highly recommend Heidi! I will definitely be using them again if I need to transport a vehicle!!
