Kim did great job, reply fast and explained everything clearly. My car was arrived earlier than expected, which is really good. Just one thing about ground transportation (i think it was third company ASG contracted with for the ground transportation) there was miscommunication, i paid everything before the delivery, driver kept asking to pay $900. Had to talk to his manager to double check. But overall, I highly recommend Kim to arrange shipping!
