I purchased an auction vehicle on 12/13 located in Portland. Or. and contracted with a broker to ship my purchase to Richmond Va. Ten days passed with no results on finding a carrier to do the job. I canceled that contract on Christmas Eve and called Auto Shipping Group. Kimberly answered the phone and was glad to walk me through the process. She said she would make some calls and let me know what she could arrange saying it may take a few days as it was Christmas Eve. I received an email from Kimberly on 12/26 letting me know that a carrier was picking up my vehicle that morning. I was given the driver contact number and was told I would see the car in 6-7 days, it arrived in 5. To say I was pleased is an understatement, I was thrilled. Kimberly went above and beyond my expectations and saved me the cost of impending storage fees. Auto Shipping Group gets my highest recommendation.
