I was on the receiving end of our car shipping. I had so much going on and so many emails I called Brenda, left a message and she called me back with the delivery information (I did receive an email as well). I appreciated having an update three days before delivery and then another 24 hour notice. I do not like last minute anything. Everything was great and will not hesitate to recommend Brenda or the driver.
