Heidi was knowledgable and extremely efficient at helping me get though the process. She was able to coordinate the steps and keep it simple on my end. In fact, she was able to get my pickup the very next day! I understand this is not common, but if wasn't for her sense of urgency and execution, it never would have been possible. Heidi also was able to help me with a somewhat complicated delivery on the other end. She constantly stayed on top of the status of delivery and helped me navigate the through the timing of the delivery. She is amazing. This is the way all businesses should be run.
