Good experience overall. Read the terms & understand the way that this works: there may be delays in pick-up time (I think this should be expected). You will be required to pay $1000 in cash upon delivery (expect this too). If you know what to expect, I think you'll be happy with your experience. This didn't work the same way that my corporate relocation car shipment did, but the folks at ASG were communicative and the car arrived safely. The communication about delivery date was less than ideal: I was notified the day of delivery about 2 hours before drop off that my car was here - didn't know when to expect it, so I was at work. Had to reschedule drop off, so that was slightly inconvenient. I think if you ask for more communication, you can mitigate surprises around timing, but expect to manage this from your end.

I did inform you that the carriers call 2-24 hours prior to schedule the delivery. I am sorry if they didn't check in before that. I was in contact with them and they stated they were on schedule. Again I am sorry they didn't give you more of a heads up.
