Michael was stellar - I will ABSOLUTELY work with him again! He coordinated a pick-up date and location to my exact needs and is very professional. My only problem arose - due to no fault of Michael's - on the vehicle drop-off day when they did not deliver in the time window that they had promised. I called Michael (on a SATURDAY) in a panic because I had a flight to catch, and he answered my call immediately and helped to resolve the issue. Very pleased with the service he provided!
