I called ASG to organize a cross country move from PA to NE. I had requested a specific date but the day before the car was to be picked up, I was told that one truck was in an accident and the other had mechanical issues. To expedite the move, the quote had to be increased slightly but with the slight increase of 25$, the vehicle was able to be picked up the day after I expected. Thankfully our timing was flexible for that day so it didn't cause us to delay our move. Brenda had updated me along the way and was quick to respond to my phone calls and questioning, returning calls within a few minutes to hours. Overall, I am very satisfied with service provided and would highly recommend the company and use them again myself. Thank you for your great customer service.
