I was very pleased overall with my shipping experience. To no fault of Brenda's, the driver/transport company could stand some improvement on direct communication with the customer. It was difficult to get in touch with the driver or the dispatch for the pick up. Brenda was very pleasant and followed up during the process sufficiently. I would use this company and Brenda again for future shipping needs.
