Nicole was very knowledgeable and was always in contact thru out whole process. When truck arrived was in different spot on trailer and driver said he had to get in thru passenger side of truck. Interesting that nothing was said on pickup when dealer had no problem getting in and out of truck while on their lot but had no pre-inspection report to go by so upon delivery it cost me about 300 dollars to have a dealer get door open and replace lock assembly for drivers door to work again.
