After starting the transport process I decided to drive my own vehicle, but Brenda's customer service was impeccable! Brenda was honest, upfront, kind, and organized. I've had my vehicle transported before and was passed around between representatives. I love that the Auto Shipping Group assigns their customers to one representative. I really enjoyed having Brenda as my rep! If I have any transport needs in the future I will be calling Brenda!
