This was my first time shipping a vehicle. My initial concerns were due to my lack of understanding the process. Michael was knowledgeable, friendly, and more than willing to explain the process thoroughly. I was even pleased with the carrier chosen. The only suggestion I have is to educate a customer on the process about timing, bidding, and cost before they spasm out. Lol I would definitely use Auto Shipping Group again and recommend it to others.
