Julie was excellent in that she explained the entire process of booking and shipping our vehicle and helped us to time everything well. Our car was delivered 2 days late due a to mechanical problem which occurred en route. Our transport was done by City to City, who did a good job of keeping us informed about delays and the timing of our delivery, along with continued communication from Julie. Julie is obviously very experienced. Our price may not have been the very lowest possible, but it was competitive with other shippers who were not as highly rated. I would use ASG again should the need arise and recommend this agent without reservation. The total cost was $750 with $575 to the transport company and $175 for ASG.
