First time using a transport carrier and was overwhelmed at the number of carriers contacting me. Shawnee was very professional but yet was very caring and made sure she gave all information needed to make a decision. She was always prompt with replies and i felt confident in her knowledge and ability. She also made my needs in time transit happen and at the quoted price. If I ever need to transport again I would utilize auto shipping group and call Shawnee. EZ Load services was the carrier and I was happy with them as well. The only reason my car was dirty upon arrival is because of snowy weather conditions at pick up.
