Never shipped a car before- was shipping a 2015 Lexus- I was nervous. Kim was so on top of everything, explaining the pricing, my options (explained I might be able to get a lower price, but then my dates might change), and was incredibly responsive (phone/txt/email) - went beautifully. Would use again! 100%.
