I had a very professional experience with Chell. She was wonderful in explaining the whole process and helping me out with co-originating pickup and delivery. She was even available during after-office hours to get things done right. She even matched the best price I was getting from other vendors.
I would totally recommend her.
Regarding the trailer, pickup was on time. Deliver was actually earlier then committed which could be a good thing for a lot of folks however for me, I myself was not in California to receive the car so I had to manage that myself. However the car was not damaged, neither was anything stolen.
