My customer service agent was so helpful. She was always availability and easy to get in contact with when ever I had a question or concern. She kept me updated the entire time. She also made sure I understood all the documents and procedures. The whole process was easy and quick. They helped me in more ways then one just by being flexible and direct. My agent was so kind and it was a pleasure working with her. I appreciate her efforts. Also, My driver was God sent. He was literally the best. HE made me feel so comfortable sending my priced possession (my car) with him for a week. My car arrived a day or so early in the condition I sent it in. Everyone that helped me was so very kind. I would definitely recommend this company if you have any hesitations about shipping you car.
