Julie and Auto Shipping Group were fabulous! I had previously tried to ship with another broker and they never fulfilled the commitment. Julie took the time to explain the nuances of the process - without sugar coating things. She then helped me to fashion a pickup approach that would work with my difficult schedule and a drop-off timeframe that was perfect.

When the driver didn't call to confirm the appointment, Julie followed-up and resolved the situation. She then bird-dogged things to successful completion.

I would use Julie again in a second!
