Felicia provided stellar customer service. She texted me frequently to let me know the status of the dispatch and helped coordinate the carrier pick-up flawlessly, including coordinating pickup from and dropoff at my friends' houses, which added extra complexity to the process. Finally, after my friend forgot to get a receipt from the carrier, she followed-up with them to ensure that I got the receipt (which I am well aware was beyond the scope of her duties at ASG). I would recommend Felicia and ASG to any friends interested in shipping their car.
