I am a careful and discriminating consumer. I do not contract for services unless the company or person with whom I am working engenders a great deal of comfort and confidence in me. I can tell you, if you are reading this because you are searching for an auto shipping broker, don't look any further. Ms. Felicia Williams of the Auto Shipping Group greatly exceeded my expectations given that I knew little or next to nothing about auto shipping and I had read horror stories reviews about other companies. Ms. Williams was the ultimate professional. First, and very important, she did NOT try to woo me with a hard sales approach or multiple annoying calls, voice messages, and emails like a few of the other companies did. Those types of sales tactics always make a professional like me suspicious. Instead, I sensed a great deal of confidence in her voice and a genuine concern that I get the type of service I needed. I found her to be a superb communicator. She was patient and clear. She explained the process and made me feel very comfortable with her company and the services she would provide. She stayed in contact with me by phone and text throughout the process. She made phone calls to the carrier on my behalf and she promptly provided me with updates. Most important, she was accurate and fair to a "T." There were no surprises, disappointments, or frustrations with my auto transport. She did everything she said she would do. She did not over-sell and she did not disappear once she had my order. She probably needs to train other companies on how to deliver high quality customer service. Several industries can learn a thing or two from her. Yesterday, a neighbor/friend noticed that my car had arrived and he shared with me the nightmare experience he had with a different auto shipping broker a few years ago. Because my experience was so overwhelmingly positive, I gave him the contact information for Ms. Williams and Auto Shipping Group and told him to use them if he ever needed this type of service again. As for me? I will definitely keep the contact information in my list of contacts and I will definitely refer any friends, family, and colleagues to Auto Shipping Group in the future. If I do need this type of service again, I can only hope that I am fortunate enough to have Ms. Williams handle my auto shipping in the future.
