Stephanie was incredibly helpful and communicated effectively. She was completely accessible which really helped alleviate the stress of moving. I chose her initially on the phone because she was so nice and really seemed to know what she was talking about. During the interim from order to pickup I called her several times with different questions and she was always polite and helpful.
