From obtaining the initial quote till the car was received, Brenda was prompt , responsive and reassuring. Promptly returned our calls and answered all our questions. This was our very first experience with car transportation and couldn't have been better. She updated us constantly from the time we accepted the bid till our son received the car - independent of the driver. Would strongly recommend and use myself again!
