We had never shipped a car before so I was very nervous! Brenda Rust my contact was excellent and very informative. She basically calmed my nerves. Her communication with me during the process was outstanding! I never felt like I did not know what was going on. The transport driver was outstanding. He was very professional and handled our car with great care. The car arrived in Florida before us and he made arrangements to park it at Executive Parking next to the airport. It was wonderful. Got off the plane, shuttle to the parking lot our car was right there waiting for us. Also let me add it was washed and perfectly clean. We were very happy and pleased that all went smoothly . I would recommend this group to anyone. Thank you for taking great care of us!
