Lance was friendly, courteous and helpful. The ONLY reason he didn't get 5 stars is he neglected to tell me there was a surcharge on the amount he would have charged to my credit card. I would use Auto Shipping Group again.

Hi Leon, I am sorry about the additional $4.64 that was charged to your card. Our terms and conditions specifically say their is a 3% fee on the deposit if you use a credit card. I am glad that it was all delivered safely and you received your vehicle earlier that anticipated
