Given 4/5 stars because while this was not a great experience, it was far better than experiences I had with other auto transport companies (I got quotes from 4 before deciding to use ASG). Auto transport is shady as hell.

I used ASG to broker the transport of my Toyota from Florida to Oregon. I first had a conversation with Kim, who stood out from agents I had spoken to at other companies because she WASN'T pushy, just knowledgable and easy to reach via texting, email, or phone. We arranged and agreed upon a pickup day, and I paid my down-payment. I was given carrier information for the carrier that would be transporting my vehicle, and then I awaited pickup day.

Which came and went with no communication from the carrier who was supposed to move my vehicle.

When I reached out, the carrier said they had no record of my vehicle needing to be transported, which did not make me happy. I called Kim, who said some paperwork had "gotten lost" (I have no idea if this issue was with ASG, or with the broker), and then the issue was sorted out, with a new pickup date (within 24 hours) within 90 minutes. Fine.

My car was delivered to me 4 days later than expected, which was annoying, but not a big issue for me, and lack of communication regarding vehicle delivery had more to do with the carrier company than with ASG.

TL,DR: This company was my favorite company out of an industry that seems to be made of shady companies, primarily because they communicated promptly and clearly, and were not pushy. Would recommend when you need this necessary but inconvenient service.

Shauna, I do want to apologize again because the carrier misplaced the paperwork. We have all the documentation showing we sent your information to them. But I am super excited that your vehicle arrived in 4 days on a normal 7-10 day transit. Yes this industry can be very overwhelm but I am glad that I was to put you at ease just a little bit.
