i recently shipped our 2006 Corolla from northern Virginia to Seattle, WA. Greg Bailey was the broker, and he was informative, direct, and congenial. The pickup date was scheduled had been scheduled for a Friday, but the carrier called and arranged for a pickup on Thursday afternoon/evening. I was on travel and my wife was home with the vehicle. The carriers were delayed and had still not picked up the vehicle at 10 pm. My wife was in contact with Greg, and he gave her sound advice to ask carrier to delay pickup until the morning. The carrier consented, picked up the vehicle on Friday morning, and the vehicle was delivered the following Friday in Seattle. From my perspective, Greg more than earned his broker's commission.
