I understand your upset with what transpired with the Trucking company. I apologize it did not go as smoothly as we would have liked. However, we do the best we can to obtain reliable carriers to do the routes for us. Unfortunately we run in to drivers that do not represent the High standards we require of them with our customers. I spoke to the carrier right after listening to you about the issues, The carrier reimbursed you for the tickets and $200.00 off the transport. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you might have had with us and the carrier. We definitely put the carrier on warning about the driver .Thanks for your time and information
