Lance was the first rep to call me after my quote request. I got a few calls and a ton of emails. The second caller, from FL right away asked for my credit card. That was a red flag. Lance answered any time I called or called back promptly. His email communication was too notch.

Lance offered the best price and then negotiated with carriers. The final price was higher than the quoted price but definitely reasonable. The driver Lance worked with was easy to reach. I didn't need 24 hr GPS like some people do. Overall, a good transaction and he would be my first call should I ship another vehicle.
