Helpful, honest, courteous, friendly, effective. He met the price he quoted, no messing around telling me that the driver wanted more the way another company did. When the first carrier didn't show up, he was right on it even though it was Labor Day weekend. He also kept in touch until the car was picked up and then after it was delivered. Great job, great customer service.
