I was very pleased working with Kim. She was extremely responsive to calls and emails, and kept me up to date throughout the process. The car arrived as promised with no damage. She did a great job getting me a price to match the original quote I received. When we were planning to ship the car, the first carrier scheduled was delayed in arriving at my house (not an uncommon issue for carriers I am told). Since I had told Kim I had a very tight pickup window, she scrambled and was able to line up another carrier on extremely short notice (next day) to ensure my vehicle pick up was completed when I needed it to be. I would definitely recommend working with Kim, as she was very transparent throughout the process, especially since the car shipping industry as a whole can be very confusing and frustrating at times. I also appreciated they used technology well- in particular they used DocuSign to complete their signature documentation. Since I am very familiar with DocuSign, this was an added point of confidence in our interaction.

The carrier K C Auto (Brandon driving) also did a fantastic job. They arrived when they said they would, were very friendly and transparent, used technology well, and sent me copies of all documents electronically. I was able to reach Brandon throughout the transport by text or call easily to receive updates on the vehicle status. He was very responsive and the ability to know where my car was at any given time was very reassuring.

Overall, I started the process of shipping my car with some trepidation, but I was very pleased with working with Kim at Auto Shipping Group and would definitely go with her again if I ever need to ship another car.
