I have yet to take delivery of the car in CA - as I am moving out this weekend. However I must say that so far Julie has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is considerate, responsive, and seems honest. I will try to update my car condition after delivery - but have confidence even if something went wrong Julie will make it right.
