The initial customer service in the beginning on getting my truck scheduled was overall excellent. I guess the one thing that caught me off guard was ASG contracting out the job over to West coast auto shipping. I thought ASG would handle the overall shipping of my vehicle. It was probably my fault for not reading the fine print. Now for the company that ASG contracted to do the work, I called the company wanting to speak to the immediate supervisor or manager to file a complaint but they seem to be out of the office at the time and has not called me back. I will try again. My problem with west coast shipping was the drop off driver. It took 2 days to schedule him to drop off the truck. The drop of time was late into the night and he insisted on a cash only payment. I called west coast to see if this was normal procedure and they said they can accept a cashier check or cash.
