At first I was not happy about the service. They can not provide me with the original offer which is really low to pick up my car on time. I decided to compromise, then my car was picked up immediately and delivered really fast. They even reduced the service fee which makes the total price reasonable. Now I am happy since I got my car quickly and safely with a reasonable price.

Brenda is really nice all the time. Even though things did not go as what I planned, I would like to give her a five star and hope you can provide better service in the future.
