Stephanie was knowledgeable of her job. She was very patient even with my numerous questions. Her professionalism and honesty helped ease some of my concerns with booking a carrier over the phone and Internet. She ensured the transition was smooth and kept me informed of the bidding/booking process and provided me the point of contact for the carrier of my car as soon as it was booked. The car was picked up on time on 29 June. I spoke with the carrier and it is still forecasted to be in my possession on time tomorrow 2 June. Even though Stephanie portion of the transport was complete, she still followed up to ensure things were going as planned. I would definitely recommend Stephanie to others!
