I chose this carrier because it got good reviews online and because it got an A plus rating by the better business bureau. Several other carriers were a little cheaper, had similar ratings and were accredited by BBB. The reason I ultimately chose this particular group was because I really liked speaking with Greg Bailey. He was very personable and his follow up email gave me his direct phone number. When I decided upon this group, I called the direct number and immediately spoke to him- I didn't have to hold on some computer automation system or hit follow 10 prompts to get to him. The car was picked up on time and was delivered on time. I was very happy with the service.
