Working with Brenda Rust and the Auto Shipping Group was one of my best ever consumer experiences. In 8 days, a contract was signed, my car was picked up in Maryland and safely delivered to California. Brenda was a delight to work with because of her promptness in handling and explaining all details related to the shipping and her really friendly personality. She responded to all my messages and emails without delay. She kept her promises in terms of when a trucking company would be selected and the company she used was extremely reliable with pick- up, delivery and safe transport. The car even arrived 5 days before the scheduled delivery.
When I was selecting a broker to arrange shipping I was very impressed with Auto Shipping's website which emphasizes that they take their high BB rating very seriously. After my initial conversation with Brenda I knew I didn't need to look any further. Considering that I did not have to find a trucker myself, the cross country transport of my car and the outstanding customer service, I feel I received full value for the amount charged. I wish all businesses were this satisfying to deal with. Thank you Brenda and Auto Shipping Group!
