Kimberly was fantastic! We had gotten the quote some time before the deal was finalized and Kimberly stuck with us. She walked us thru every step of the process, answered our questions (even on Sunday- I wasn't expecting an answer until the next day!). Kimberly definitely went above in terms of service! The carrier she selected was outstanding as well- overall a completely satisfying and hassle-free experience!
