Lance was a true professional!!! he was able to get a driver, last minute, to pick up my car!!! he would follow up with me every step of the way, which gave me so much reassurance. he called to make sure driver had contacted me. he called to make sure the driver picked up my car. he called to make sure i was still in touch with the driver and had a delivery date. he called to make sure that the car was delivered and in perfect shape. i also had Lance's cell number. it was so nice to be able to contact him directly, rather going through layer of people. If i ever had to move a car again, Lance would be the only person i would deal with. i tried calling many other places and got the run around. finding Lance was a blessing!!!!!
I can tell he truly cared about my concerns and anxiety about the move...wonderful person!
