I needed to have my car shipped on short notice and didn't know how to best approach the situation. I had worked with other brokers before that only cared about money and really irritated me. Kimberly was great, talked me through the whole process on the phone, and ensured me that things would be taken care of. It was nice talking with an honest human being for once. The shipping company came, picked up my car, and shipped it with no hassle.
