My contact person was great but my driver wasn't great at all. He kept trying to push me to pick my car in places not even close to my address. And my car was filthy. I had to wash it 3 times and it's still dirty.

I apologize the car was dirty, however it can happen as it was a open carrier going over a thousand miles.Cars do happen to get a bit dirty as if you were to drive that distance your just not adding mileage to your vehicle.
